Please contact us for date availability.

Yes, there is a 50% deposit due with the signed contract. The final 50% is due 30 days prior to the event. You are welcome to break this up into smaller payments prior to the due date, to create a payment plan on your own schedule and availability.

Please contact us by phone or email at info@westwoodlodge.com when you are ready to book your date. Prior to booking your date, we would love to have you in person to visit the property. You can request a tour on our “tour request” page. In person tours are not required, but highly recommended. Dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Whoever has requested to start the contract process for a specific date will be first in line for that date. While we try to be as accommodating as possible, we do recommend having up to two backup dates just in case your first request is not available.

Scheduling a tour is the best way to come see the property. We kindly request that tours are by appointment only. You can schedule a tour by emailing info@westwoodlodge.com, giving us a call, or creating an appointment on the “book a tour” tab.

The Belvedere is our sheltered ceremony option. In the event your ceremony is moved to the Belvedere because of weather, a minimum of $1,500 will be assessed to your bill.
